a) All Tours are by appointment only — simply reserve through our online booking. ” Tours are led exclusively by licensed guides.
Online booking on Mybibletour.com is open up to 3 months ahead of your visit, and works in two ways as your date approaches:
1) Joining an existing group – right up until the day before your visit, you may be able to add a participant to an already-formed group, subject to available spots.
2) New last-minute bookings – a brand-new reservation may also be possible at the last minute; however, if Louvre time slots turn out to be sold out, or no guide is available (which can happen especially with last-minute requests), you will be fully refunded without delay.
We therefore recommend booking as early as possible and staying flexible with your dates if you can, as time slots at the Louvre are limited and often fully booked.
On the page of the Tour you are interested in, you will be able to find information about rates, find dates available related to each tour, and a forme to book your tour.
b) Where is the meeting point with our guide?

No. My Bible Tour In Paris is the only entity authorized to provide admission tickets for our guided tours. Your guide will hold the tickets for every participant and use them to give your group VIP, dedicated access — no queuing required.
If you wish to stay in the museum after your guided tour, you will need to hold your own individual tickets, purchased separately. In that case, you are not required to leave with your guide. There is no need to exit and re-enter the museum — you can simply continue your visit, and your tickets will be valid should they be checked anywhere within the museum.
e) Is there a cancellation policy ?
The Louvre Museum does not refund or modify any reservation. As a result, we are unable to refund the Louvre admission fees included in your booking.
However, if a cancellation is requested at least one month in advance, and for a serious reason, a partial credit may be considered for groups of more than 3 participants. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For your comfort our company has decided to organise Private tours, with a maximum of 6 participants per group accompanied by a licensed “Guide Conférencier” or “guide lecturer”.
Small group tours (1 to 6 people)
Join or share in a small group and enjoy a friendly, interactive guided experience. Simply indicate the composition of your group when booking.
Please note :
A minimum number of participants is required to confirm the tour. If that threshold isn’t reached, you’ll be notified and fully refunded.
If a time slot already has bookings, we encourage you to join it rather than opening a new one — you’ll see this directly on the booking form!
We reserve the right to merge time slots if needed — you’ll always be notified not less than a week in advance.
Exclusive Private Tours (flat rate = 6 participants)
Your guide adapts the pace and content to your interests — a 100% personalised experience, just for you!
The tour fee is fixed, equivalent to 6 participants (360€ – Admission tickets non included), regardless of your actual group size.
To avoid paying for unnecessary admission tickets, select 6 participants and specify the split between paid admissions and free entries. (Example for a private group of 3 adults + 1 under 18, select: 3 adults Louvre Admission tickets included + 3 under 18 free admission tickets)
The exact composition of your group (number of adults and age of each child) must be provided at the time of booking — no ticket changes are possible once they have been purchased. However, you can add participants to your private group up to 7 days in advance, subject to the number of remaining spots.
